Does anyone know of a good not so expensive CD Tutorial? I bough the Access CD Tutorial from Learn2.com and it was great. For some reason they dont sell the C++ CD anymore. Now its online. Unfortunately at 56K modem speed it does not work for me.

Don't know how good the CD is, but I have the book (C++ How to Program). Good one. Also have the Java How to Program (another great book). Around $100 (book, cd, etc). So, just check it out.
