    Smile What book is best from the following titles..?

    Hi there,

    I managed to get the following books.

    C++ Interactive Course
    Waite Group's Object-Oriented Programming in C++, Third Edition
    Sams Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days, Third Edition
    The C++ Programming Language
    Using C++
    Programming Windows

    They can be found @ http://www.syndik.at/harald/regal/buecher/login_e.asp

    I'd like to first learn C++ and then Windows Programming.
    Finally, I'm gonna learn Direct X. I got a copy of WINDOWS GAME PROGRAMMING FOR DUMMIES.

    From the above titles, what do you suggest I start with?

    Thanks,
    Marc
