    yet another unexplainable flaw

    Code:
    struct database
    {
      int id_number;
      int age;
      float salary;
    };
    int main()
    {
      database employee; //There is now an employee variable that has modifiable
    			    //variables inside it.
      employee.age=22;
      employee.id_number=1;
      employee.salary=12000.21;
    }
      database boss;
      boss.age=20
      boss.id_number=2
      boss.salary=100000
    }
    I get a 'syntax error before .' on line boss.age=20
    However, I can't seem to find out how to fix it.

    You have an extra } in there that you never opened. You also forgot semicolons on the last 3 lines of assignments.

    You have too many } braces you only need one for main

    int main()

    {

    }

    Code:
    struct database
    {
      int id_number;
      int age;
      float salary;
    };
    int main()
    {
      database employee; //There is now an employee variable that has modifiable
    			    //variables inside it.
      employee.age=22;
      employee.id_number=1;
      employee.salary=12000.21;
    }
    {
      database boss;
      boss.age=20;
      boss.id_number=2;
      boss.salary=100000;
    }
    There, changed it. But it still gives errors!
