    Visual C++ doesn't support graphics.h, that's a Borland header I think.

    you could always get somebody with borland to upload the header to this board... then you can d/l it and put it into the folder your compiler searches... (usually the include folder somewhere in the tcwin folder... )

    or you can just d/l it to the folder the program is running out of and include it that way...

    The header is useless without the library that implements the functions. And providing the library with the header is usually ineffective as it's most likely incompatible with other compilers. The best solution is to use an API that your compiler supports instead of floundering about trying to get an ancient graphics header to work on a modern compiler.

    Thumbs down Brighteyes is right...

    See the FAQ

    The root of the problem is that there is no graphics standard. ANSI/ISO C++ does not include graphics or sound.

    So, graphics functions are going to be compiler/platform specific. If you're using a tutorial or a book. You have to use the same compiler as the author.

    Chances are, even with the library, it'd be illegal.

    that's why i said that he'd have to get somebody with the same compiler to upload it...
