use C to implement all C++ features?

This is a discussion on use C to implement all C++ features? within the C++ Programming forums, part of the General Programming Boards category; it was mentioned that you "can do operator overloading-like things with functions", so how would he do this? Code: ... ...

    it was mentioned that you "can do operator overloading-like things with functions", so how would he do this?
    Code:
    ...
    cout << "Hello, my " << personal_info_part[i] << " is " << val[i];
    ...
    it'd probably end up looking like:
    Code:
    cout(cout(cout(cout("Hello, my ", personal_info_part[i]), " is ") val[i]);
    but i don't think even THAT works!
    Compilers:
    GCC on Red Hat 8.1 (Primary)
    GCC on Mac OS X 10.2.4 (Secondary)

    Others:
    MinGW on XP
