header file trouble - PLEASE HELP!!!

hi all

i use codewarrior and am having trouble in my program with the conio.h and time.h header files

it is giving me an error message reading

#error You must have the non-MSL C header file access path before the MSL access path

it is at an extent where it cant even read the time thing from srand(time(null));
