Does anyone know a place to get VC++ for less than $100? I need it badly to program.

No, you don't need it at all. Secondly, where the heck do you live? It only cost 65$ in florida.
If you can make do with the introductory edition then buy a book.... Deitel and Deitel's c++ how to program comes with it and other books do too......
Free the weed!! Class B to class C is not good enough!!

I live in New Jersey.. but I went to many places, and they are all the same $109 Dollars. And also.. I want to get the Standard.
not only was mine $65, but I got MSDN for free. Now I look at the price CompUSA has for just VC++ and it's 100+ bucks, and MSDN is an extra, like 600!!!! My Lord!
you can turn the intro edition into the standard edition by getting a copy of the lib directory. Do you know someone who has it already?
