    The Machine Debug Manager service is disabled.
    Well, enable it.
    Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Settings->Services

    Thank you very much, Damn that was a pain:

    If anyone wants to know how I did it with home:
    Right click Start >> Properties
    Start Menu Tab >> Customize
    Advance Tab >> Scroll Down to System Administrative Tools
    Check on Display on all the Programs Menu and the Start Menu

    Then:
    Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Settings->Services

    or just start >> run >> services.msc
