    Can program be ran outside V. studio?

    everytime we ran the program, we need to run it in visual studio.

    i would like to know if i can make a icon, e.g. on the desktop, so that i can run the program by just clicking the icon, without starting VS everytime?

    the exectuable is placed in /debug or /release of the project's folder
