Isn't graphics.h something of the Borland compiler?
What compiler do you have?
I believe graphics.h is the header file for BGI graphics, which do not seem to work under Windows. The header file is usually provided with Turbo C++, which is a DOS compiler. You should be able to find it at http://bdn.borland.com/article/0,1410,21751,00.html
