    Question string is it a keyword

    Im wondering if string is a key word in c++ and why when i include it in my code it keeps giving me errors

    No. I just created a variable called string and no problem compiling, (other than a warning saying it was unused, VC++ 6.0). There is a STL type string declared in <string>. I guess the next question is how/where are you using this word?
