    Configuring SDL with Borland

    http://www.libsdl.org/faq.php?action...&category=4#46

Can anyone please help me with these steps? I want to make an EXE file I can take to school that will do these steps because the computers use "Deep Freeze" where you reboot and everything that wasn't supposed to be there is deleted (ghosted or something)

But, what files must I possess/where can I get them and how shall I accomplish this? I do not understand the instructions (call me stupid, yes, but I still cannot :/ )
