    Question No ios_base class in Dev-C++4?

    Why does this come up with "ios_base undeclared" in Dev-C++4?
    Code:
    #include <iostream>

    int main ()
    {
    	char c = '˙';
    	std::cout.flags(std::ios_base::hex | std::ios_base::showbase);
    	std::cout << int(c);

    	return 0;
    }
    It works fine in VC++... what's the deal?
