    Improving C++ graphics

    Is there a way to scrap the ugly 79x25 boring console window and create some awesome graphics in place? Anyway to spice up the format a bit? I use Borland compiler and I use Quincy to program my code with

    Look up Allegro; or if you want, start programming in Windows and look up GDI; when you're through with GDI, look up DirectDraw or OpenGL.
