    Question Function Timeout

    Does C++ have some type of setTimeout() function like javascript? Something that controls how fast a loop works... I've looked all over and cant find it

    There are sleep() functions but that may be windows specific.

    Also,
    CWnd::SetTimer

    which is part of MFC Library, but also windows
