im just trying to find a program to overclock without going into bios..

and if it doesnt exist then why can you download software for CPU overclocking..

It should be the same thing as with the Graphics Card.

There are about 100 programs that does the same thing as the one im trying to code..

I would guess no. On at least one of my boards you need to change a jumper on the board itself. Try and do that from a program! That would be wrong.

I'm looking for a program that will unplug my printer. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Couldn't think of anything interesting, cool or funny - sorry.

You can change the FSB setting of a motherboard through software and without restarting; an example of this is SoftFSB

I have no idea how it's done; but it would be overclocking, so it can be done (for those who mock)

Only the FSB can be changed through software; the other aspects of overclocking (cpu multiplier and cpu voltage) must be manually changed on the motherboard (although some "overclocker friendly" motherboards are allowing this to be done through software too now)

But as for how you would write something to change the FSB, I'm clueless.

Writing a program to change the clock frequency of a GPU is much easier; try that if you must
