most inbarrassing opengl q

i went to opengl.org but i cant find the files to downlaod and set up to make opengl games. some assitance please?

well would you rather walk someone with the mental capacity of klinner1 through the basics of opengl programming or just point him to a tutorial?

Point him to a tutorial.. but I found the tutorials on opengl.org much nicer.

Again, personal prefrence.

im using devc++ 5 beta the latest. im trying to install it not learn. ill look on the tuts to find insalltion instructions
