Where do i start in making a virus protection software?

Find outr about viruses, how they work, and common ones. You might need to purposely get some viruses so you know how they work. Just make sure you can get rid of them

Yep, his right. Learn how viruses work, the you can write anti virus software. I had/have a book about writing virusus and how they work some time ago.
