    Question Changing random numbers

    I know I asked this question before (about 6 months ago)...but, I need to ask again. I am trying to get a program to do different things at when it comes to the same function. I was wondering how to get a function to generate a different random number, within set bounds (say between 1 and 10), every time the function is called.
