You can do nothing with plain header files. See the FAQ

I assume, you're not using VisualC++ (or you're using someone's code, and lost the headers) (?).

A "mem.h" (might not be what you need!) can be found in Borland's Turbo C, which is now freeware (download it from Borlands site).
