I was wondering if anyone could direct me as to how to use microsoft's DLL's in your programs. I am trying to find a way to access file attributes with a program that will allow me to take an existing file and edit the attribute fields such as Author, Title, Description, etc...I have come across a Visual Basic program that does it. It seems to use a DLL, can remember which one. I am guessing I will have to buy some chunck of code from Mr. gates huh? Anyone got any ideas on this?
