You can, you just have to want to do it. Picking up a good book at a library, or getting a free ebooks (Either "Thinking in C++" or one of the Sam's books "Learning C++ in 21 days" are a good start).

You can always ask questions here, but asking for extrmely, general tutorials is just a waste of both our time, we can't do it was good as the authors of books, and if we did, it would took an immense amount of time.
Prove you can code in C++ or C# at TopCoder, referrer rrenaud

Pick up a good reference book too. It can come in very handy. I'm fond of the O'Reilly 'Nutshell' books or the Osborne/McGraw Hill 'Reference' series. Once you learn how to program it's nice to just get the essentials rather than reading a whole chapter on one function.
