    No.

You can know the syntax 100% straight on, and never forget a semi-colon, brace, or anything. But like 25% of programming is syntax, and the rest is all in how you USE the syntax. And one person will always do atleast ONE thing better then you, because they thought of doing something in a different manner which is faster or uses less memory, or any number of things.

So no, there will never be a master programmer.

of course there is master programmers...

first off you should know the syntax 100% regardless if you are a master or not...

secondly, I think John Carmack is a master C++ programmer...
Im not a huge gamer, but I ve seen the coding he has done and its excellent...

Also a master of programming (not a language in specific) is definatly Donald E. Knuth, any one who knows about him will admit he is the most advanced theoretical programmer out there... his books ( the art of computer programming ) has been rated in the top 10 most advanced scientific books written. ( up there with Albert Einstiens thoery of relativity ).

but programming is all logical, and problem solving...
if you have good memory skills and a creative logical, quick adapting mind, you are set....

Thinking.. if it is about language-independent programming, then I was thinking about Donald Knuth. But well, what is a master programmer?

    Because C++ is the best

As we all know C++ is the best...

No body can be a master programmer, becuase once I thought that I know everything about C++ I opend the STD LIB and I found myself in the begining again. When I finish it... I start again from the begining learning more about the programing into C++. and I don't think that I will be able to cover everything... So I am not a master.

Is there anybody here how know everything about C++?

I think you are confused about "knowing" C++...
there are tons of people here that Know the Syntax 100%,

but its impossible to know every library and function 100% , since they are created everyday...

but with the building blocks you should be able to identify, understand and start to produce in your own mind new and more powerful code.

remember programming is all about self knowledge...

Bjarn Stroustrup(sp?) is a master C++ programmer, after all, he made the language
"There are three kinds of people in the world...
Those that can count and those that can't."

If there is a language version with the name "MASTER C++" then there must be some "MASTER C++ Programmer"

Stroustrop himself admits he couldn't design the STL.
Prove you can code in C++ or C# at TopCoder, referrer rrenaud

bill gates never programmed *anything*--he stole MS-DOS from some company, sold it to IBM. Same with all of microsoft programs--aquired from other companies m$ took over.
