    How do you do the foolowing in the C ++.
    If I put 5.23 it will output Five and 23/100

    here's a hint:
    multiply that number by 10 until it's an integer
    get the denominator from the above step
    you now have a fraction. divide the numerator into the denominator: the integer part is the whole number, and your new numerator is the remainder
