Question start with console is better ?

    Hi guys~

it looks all the knowledge I got from books is console based, is that better to start learning C++ under console mode ?

and my compiler is BCB which supply VCL, all the components will be unuseful if I use console mode instead of graphic one.

    any ideas ?

EVERYBODY starts learning in a console based environment. You have to learn the basics first.

console based should be a nice choice, then my VCL should be wait a long time for me then, aha~

another thing, which compiler is popular now? maybe another stuff is suitable for me, the request is it should work fine with console and compile quickly, BCB has low speed, I think.
