    Cool Dos vs. Widnows

    Sorry if i should know this, but how do you make a program in windows? I just don't understand the whole DOS - Windows thing i guess... Im using VC++6. If you could show me a sample prog that would be cool.

    what is your question: don't u undersand difference between dos and win or u don't know how to build a prog in win?

    futher if you want my advice: for developing win-progs, buy Borlkand C++ Builder.

    That's your opinion, but the compiler he/she already has is probably the industry leader in windows programming..........

    As to the difference between DOS and Win programming, it may suprise you that while using MSVC++ you have only ever created windows programs...its just that those programs are console based....
