Slow and Steady wins the race... if and only if :
1.None of the other participants are fast and steady.

If you want to use a library to do this, please choose one and read the documentation. If you want to do it manually, study up on the TIFF Format. If you want someone to do all of the work for you so that you can steal the code and palm it off as your own, kindly ........ off.
