Slow and Steady wins the race... if and only if :
1.None of the other participants are fast and steady.
2.The fast and unsteady suddenly falls asleep while running !
Some suggestions for you my friend:
1. Take a look at some of these tutorials.
2. Then you might want to take a look at some of these links and see what you may find there.
3. Finally, once you have gotten some base knowledge you can come back and ask an intelligent question.
