    how come there in some funtions are capital letters like

    Beep(); ?

    It's a matter of style, that's all. No specific significance.
    Also, the function is called "Beep," and not "beep" in this case. So it has to be capital.

    A sentence is supposed to start with a capital letter in English, and it's not so silly to extend this to function names, which often appear at the start of a line.

    Your sentences, for example, should have begun with "Why" and "How".
