Turning a Console APP into Windows.

I'm admittedly still a newb, and maybe shouldn't be trying this yet, until i get really comfortable with C++ but, oh well.

I got a basic console app, its game actually i posted it here in another thread. I want to make that run in a window with a file menu, and any other menu i need. And it's own Icon instead of generic windows app.

Probably asked to do complicated things, i don't know. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanx,
    Darkflame

After looking through your code I would strongly advise you to stick with the console for the time being. You will learn more from that about c++ than you will ever learn by just confusing yourself too early with programming for a gui. I agree your program when its finished will look a lot nicer than a text adventure in a console but will you really learn about the language by doing this.
Free the weed!! Class B to class C is not good enough!!
And the FAQ is here :- http://faq.cprogramming.com/cgi-bin/smartfaq.cgi

There was a program released by Borland some time ago that would allow you to easily port from DOS to Windows. I think it was called EasyWin or something like that. I've never used it so I do not know anything else about it.
