how to make a program using Filing in C++?

i want to make a program using Filing in C++ in which there should option of Add, subtract, Print, Search, As like in mobile or computer, something like that, but that should be made using Filing.i mean that when i enter on add it add the number,email,name,address............. can u help me please???
