Hello iam trying to create a file on the dos promt so that i can use my compiler,,,,,,,see igot windows xp and somehow its stating that "edit filename.cfg" its the wrong command
i created the path "borland\bcc55\bin" and added the two files as told in the properties of computer in enviromental variables .
it will be appreciated if you can help me on this thank you
