I try making it but it wont work.
    This is in while loop.

    1. Write a C program that converts gallons to liters. The program should display gallons from 10 to 20 in 1-gallon increments and the corresponding liter equivalents. Use the relationship that 1 gallon contains 3.785 liters.

    2. Write a C program that converts feet to meters. The program should display feet from 3 to 30 in 1-foot increments and the corresponding meter equivalents. Use the relationship that 1 meter equivalent to 3.728 feet.

please help me...im still a newbie...and still new to this...
you didn't offer up any code that you had already written. consequently, there was no way to know on what line(s) you were having trouble. you simply said "Write a C program..." In my book, that constitutes asking to have it done for you, and apparently abachler agrees. We want to see YOUR code, and see where YOU are having problems. If you point out the area of YOUR code that is giving you trouble, we will be more than happy to assist you, as long as you ask smart questions. please click on the link and read the article.

    no need to be sorry.

Our intentions here (or mine at least) are not to be unkind or malicious. The real goal here, in case you've missed it, and in case you didn't read the entire article I linked, is to try to make YOU a better programmer. we do this by teaching you to be self-sufficient and to ask questions that merit a response. that means searching for answers on your own and trying to make it work before begging for help. you gave no background on your problem, but rather posted the requirements straight out of your school assignment. On this board, we also have a policy against doing others' homework for them.

I don't know about the others, but I'm still willing to help if you post your code and point out the areas where you're having problems.

grow some thicker skin. if you are "deeply hurt" by others suggesting that you need to try harder, you're studying to be in the wrong field. what are you going to do when you get your first software development job, and your boss says you need to rewrite a piece of code that took you 3 days to complete? are you going to whine and complain about being hurt, or are you going to ask him what he thinks you could do better and then go back and do it? we were all noobs at one time or another, and up until now, the only difference between us and you is that at some point every one of us took to heart the criticisms and suggestions that were offered by others who were in the positions we now hold.

let me be completely clear about this:

    I WANT YOU TO SUCCEED.

in fact, I don't think anyone here wants you to fail, but your success is completely dependent on your ability to adapt and accept help that is offered, especially when it is focused on the attitude you have when asking for help.

I strongly suggest that you fully read, and then reread the article I linked in a previous post. you will find a lot of useful information in there on how to approach problems like this.

You are obviously just trolling at these forums. Don't.
The programmer’s wife tells him: “Run to the store and pick up a loaf of bread. If they have eggs, get a dozen.”
The programmer comes home with 12 loaves of bread.
