API / borland c++ builder library for interaction with webcam

Is there anyone know any library borland c++ builder for interaction with webcam, what you usually use, any recommendation ?? free or Commercial and the most easiest to use with borland c++ builder

I have a webcam library I can send you, its free for non-commercial use. If you intend to use it in a commercial application we can discuss royalties.

You don't need any library.
Everything is included inside Win32 api (Webcam apis or DX)
