    Exclamation C++ header

    Hi guys
    First post,

    I am making a header file but it has loads of functions. Each function fits in a catagory like apples and bannanas. Is it worth having sepperate headders like one having apple related stuff and the other bannana related stuff?

    Sorry if it does not make sense

    If you expect that someone might only use apple without using banana, or vice versa, then certainly yes.

    I get maybe two dozen requests for help with some sort of programming or design problem every day. Most have more sense than to send me hundreds of lines of code. If they do, I ask them to find the smallest example that exhibits the problem and send me that. Mostly, they then find the error themselves. "Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.
