On demand TV (API Interface)

    On demand TV (API Interface)

    In UK, we have BBC iPlayer, Channel 4 4oD, SkyTV on demand etc....(don't know about USA and others)
    I wonder if there any TV company provides API or interface to access their TV contents for us(programmer) to write our own application to view the TV? even need to pay.
