Cool How do I stop Dev-C++ from wanting to

access the A (31/2Floppy) drive when I 1st open Dev-C++. I must always make sure a disk is in the drive because I'm scared it might mess it up without a disk in it. Kind of hear that grinding noise without a disk in it.

    Thanks

Maybe it's because you loaded a project from it? Clear the project history list, and see if that helps.
