    programming windows

    i was thinking about buying a book called programming windows but i want to here some opinions first. i have heard great things but im also kinda wondering if its modern enough.if you have any opinions on the book please comment...

    For Windows knowledge, there's none better than Charles Petzold's book on the subject. It's a few years old now, so it doesn't cover the latest couple of versions of Windows - but that is only a few new functions really, but it's still the best one ever made.
