help about 2d water

hi
i looked for a real-time 2d water simulation and i found this sample :

but i dont know c++ and i want to make my water in vb6 :(
would help me to make codes simple for me ?
specially i need help for 'void CAguaDlg::SetDisplay()' procedure; xoff,yoff,cnt,...
for now i need a button when clicked a wave begins at center and disappear.
