This is a discussion on favorite style guide? within the C++ Programming forums, part of the General Programming Boards category; suggestions please. thanks!...
since my education was in chemical engineering and not EE or comp sci, i never got this kind of formalized brow beating about what is good style/practice and what is not.
i'm interested in 'good practice' guides that help make code efficient, easily maintained, etc.
google is rife with possibilities, and i can't go about reading lots of them, so i am asking for suggestions on which guides to read.
