    is there a c form designer out there by any chance

    Just curious, is there a c (not c++ theres wxDevcpp for that) form designer out there. I tried googling it but you dont get many results for "c".

    Visual Studio has a resource designer. It creates a Window Dialog resource that can be used to create windows with. Since the Win32 API is C, it works just as well in C as C++ to create dialogs using them.
