You could try searching the Web.

It appears that I try better than you

    i cant buy right now.
There should be a free version available, at least according to the Wikipedia article on Turbo C++. It is supposedly available as part of Borland C++ Builder, with the Explorer edition being free to download.

I expect that the Turbo C++ compiler can compile in C mode, though I have no idea what Pascal has got to do with it.

    coz of heavy heavy rain.
Eh, the rain cannot go on forever.
