    Split from http://cboard.cprogramming.com/showthread.php?t=78489

    1. Read the forum rules, you've already broken several rules like
    - Hijacking someone elses thread
    - Spamming the same question on several forums (one of which I've deleted).

    2. Read the FAQ - clearing the screen is a FAQ.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

One more suggestion is that first read books on C-programming.
Try out some examples and use the functions.
Don't come and ask please tell me use of the blah blah blah ? I don't think that you had tried it yourself because it is the basic fucntion and easiest to use.
