    coding and mathematics of derivatives and integrals

    I have a C coding project(s) on my plate that is requiring me to understand calculus derivatives and integral equations. Its been a while since I learned this stuff in school and was wondering if somebody could recommend a way to understand the mathematic notation and solutions for integrals and derivatives. Any clues - books, URLs, software that could help me here?

    The best way would be to pick up your high school text books again, that is if you still have them. Otherwise buy any book on basic Calculus.

    Regarding URLs, you should know where to look for them.
