I'm a geo physicist & I require this conversion desperately for offline use........The problem is that we are not connected to the internet in our office network........hence the problem.....any help would be greatly appreciated and would be held in high esteem.........

I would say a program could be written fairly easy with the proper equations to find X,Y,Z.

I would suggest that you contact the Webmaster of that site and ask for the formulas used in his perl script. Once you have those writing a C program should be no problem whatsoever.
