Database Programming In C

i wont to make database program
field of data: Initial -->character[2]
name -->character[20]
origin -->character[20]

the program with function: 1.append
2.insert
3.update
4.delete
5.search
the program access the file with :

1.indexed sequensial access
2.hashing access
3.binary search tree/avl tree

so i need 3 program.
1. progam with indexed seguensial access method
2. program with hashing access method
3. program with binary search tree/avl tree acces method

please give me an answer as soon as possible
