I missing toolhelp.h but I'm sure there is more than that needed. Would this be something that .NET is needed for?

Eh? I'm not sure what you are linking me to, to be honest. However, the program on the link does nothing that Windows Platform Software Development Kit cannot help you compile. The Platform SDK includes several librarjy and header updates that may not be included with your compiler as-is. What compiler are you using?
