    Question C programming philosophy

Hello. I am just starting my programming course at college. I, therefore, will not bug you with any code questions... at least by now.

Anyway. I have this assignment, and it requires me to find out the philosophy of C programming. I am not quite sure what's that supposed to mean, but I am guessing it is about the basic principles of efficiency, among other things.

So, could anybody help me with this assignment? The philosophy of C programming. I'd really appreciate it if you could reply to my post as soon as possible.

Well, thank you very much in advance.

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
