    error

    Hi,

    I'm trying to build the disassembler found at the ollydbg website.

    Code:
    #if (char)0xFF!=255 <- error
    #error Please set default char type to unsigned
    #endif
    I get this error :
    fatal error C1017: invalid integer constant expression

    any ideas ?

    You're trying to do too much with the pre-processor

    It might have worked with someones compiler, but it isn't standard
    If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
    If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
    I support http://www.ukip.org/ as the first necessary step to a free Europe.
