bloodshed c/c++ compiler

    bloodshed c/c++ compiler

    I have been using linux to compile but I needed a windows one for a school project. I got the one from bloodshed but everytime I compile a program it goes away because the program is done. Is there a way to keep it up besides going into dos and besides the while(1); at the end of the program

    Why use a call to system("Pause") which is not portable and is high overhead when a getchar() will work?
